A Message from Our Speakers
Join us for Clinical Pathways: From Idea to Impact, a practical discussion focused on operationalizing and sustaining high-impact clinical pathways within a large pediatric system. Using examples from Boston Children’s Hospital, the session will highlight approaches to pathway governance, multidisciplinary implementation, measurement strategy, and long-term maintenance, with an emphasis on lessons learned, scaling infrastructure, and integrating pathways into broader quality and safety portfolios. We’ll plan to include results and impact for three pathways: C. Diff, Fever & Neutropenia, and Hyperammonemia.
