A Message From Our Board

Hello Pathways4Kids Community,

We are thrilled to share exciting updates on the Pathways4Kids collaborative structure and invite you to be part of the next chapter of our growing community!

Pathways4Kids is now officially a nonprofit, a milestone we’re very proud of. We’ve established a new structure, including a Board, a Steering Committee, and subcommittees. The three primary subcommittees focus on communication and engagement, education, and best practices. This new structure helps us set collaborative goals and the timeline to achieve them.

What can you expect from Pathways4Kids for 2026? The Education Subcommittee is continuing our high-quality quarterly webinar series and building on the success of our first Pathways4Kids annual conference. This conference drew over 80 members from 55 hospitals! The Best Practices subcommittee is hard at work developing standard clinical pathway measures for common respiratory illnesses and infant fever. Additionally, we plan to conduct a Delphi study to identify best practices for clinical pathway programs.

To sustain and grow this work, we warmly invite you to become an official Pathways4Kids professional member. A modest annual membership fee of $50 helps us cover our operational expenses, including website hosting, legal, and accounting expenses. Our board and committee members are all volunteers, so every dollar goes directly toward keeping Pathways4Kids a thriving community.
