Jarrod Dusin, PhD, RD, CPHQ
Jarrod Dusin, PhD, RD, CPHQ is the Director of Evidence Based Practice at Children’s Mercy Kansas City, where he leads the development and implementation of clinical pathways. He also oversees the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, providing strategic leadership and evidence-based support. Jarrod has a special interest in patient and family engagement.

Andrea Jackson, PhD, MBA, BSN, CCRN is an evidence-based practice specialist in the Evidence-Based Outcomes Center at Texas Children’s Hospital. With more than a decade of experience, she has directed multidisciplinary teams in developing clinical practice guidelines, providing methodological guidance and training.
Sheesha Porter is a nurse with 28 years of experience who has been with TCH since 2009 and with Evidence-Based Outcomes Center since 2016. As an EBP specialist, she provides support with EBP guideline development and education, and QI education, coaching and consulting
Dr. Jaclyn Kline is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine at Children’s National Hospital and serves as the Medical Director of Informatics for Emergency Medicine. She is interested in leveraging evidence-based medicine into clinical decision support tools for clinicians to use in real time. LinkedIn
Kelly Williams is the Professional Practice Specialist in the Emergency Medicine and Trauma Center at Children’s National Hospital in D.C. She oversees nursing education and orientation as well as collaborates with providers on policy, safety, and the development and revision of order sets for nurse and provider initiation.
Sierra Sandoz serves as Program Manager for the Center for Quality & Safety at Driscoll Children’s Hospital. Drawing on her experience in health technology and pediatric healthcare quality, her work emphasizes systems thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and process improvement methodology to help teams connect ideas and drive meaningful change. Taelyr Weekly, PhD, MPH, BSN-RN, serves as a Clinical Effectiveness Project Manager at Children’s Nebraska in Omaha, Nebraska. With expertise in clinical pathway development across ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient settings, Dr. Weekly leads initiatives that strengthen care consistency and improve patient outcomes. Her work focuses on advancing innovation in clinical decision support, including the strategic implementation and optimization of AgileMD at Children’s Nebraska. LinkedIn
